Shipping Information
For Physical Orders:
🖤 We offer free express shipping Australia-wide for orders above $99.
🖤 Your order will be ready within 1-3 days and handed over to our carrier, Australia Post.
🖤 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS or email notification with your tracking code.
🖤 If you did not receive a tracking code, please contact us with your order details.
🖤 Shipping time depends on your location. Australia Post usually takes 1-3 working days for delivery within Australia, but please note that they do not guarantee the exact delivery time frame at the moment.
🖤 We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not currently offer international delivery for our physical products due to high delivery costs based on their sizes.
For Digital Downloads:
🖤 All of our digital download products, except for "personalized" ones, are instantly available for download once you place your order.
🖤 For personalized orders, we double-check the image you uploaded and only accept the order once we ensure that we can fulfill it.
🖤 The final digital design will be delivered to your nominated email address within 1-3 days.
🖤 Please make sure that the email address you provided is correct, and check your junk folder or contact us if you have not received it yet.
Return Policy
At Wall of Love, we're committed to ensuring that you receive the perfect products that meet your expectations. We understand that returns and refunds can be inconvenient, so we take extra care to minimize the likelihood of these situations arising.
Delivery Time: Once we receive your order, we make it ready within 1-3 days and send it to our carrier (Australia Post) for shipping. To make it quicker, we're offering free express shipping Australia-wide on all orders above $99. Please understand that once we hand it over to Australia Post, it's not up to us to make any changes in the delivery time frame, and unfortunately, they don't guarantee an exact delivery time frame at the moment.
Size Issues: We recommend that you double-check the size you're ordering to ensure it's the right fit for you. You can refer to our size guide for more information.
Image Quality: We'll discuss any issues we find with the photo you uploaded with you before printing. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a revision or cancel your order.
Physical Product Delivery: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we'll happily exchange it or issue a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund physical products for any other reason.
Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable after purchase. However, if you have any issues with the quality of the product, we'll work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that we do not offer any exchanges or returns for digital download products unless it's our mistake.
