FAQ about Metal Prints
What materials do you use for metal photo printing?
We use Chromaluxe HD aluminium indoor photo panels (the best quality aluminium sheets available) and a high-end printer with high-quality dye-sublimation inks to produce vibrant, durable metal prints.
How do I hang my print panels?
We include a hanging system with all of our prints.
How do I clean and maintain Chromaluxe metal prints?
Dust and Dirt: Regularly clean the print with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Water: Even if it's water proof, avoid getting the print wet for a long time. If necessary, you can use a damp cloth to clean the surface, but be sure to dry the print thoroughly afterwards.
Stains: Stains can be removed by wiping the surface of the print with a damp cloth that has been dipped in warm water and mild soap. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as they can cause damage to the print.
UV Light: Chromaluxe metal prints are designed to be fade-resistant, but it is still important to avoid exposing the print to direct sunlight or strong UV light for extended periods of time.
How do I prepare my image for printing?
We recommend that you provide us with high-resolution images (300 dpi), in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format. For personalized photo prints, please read the descriptions as well. If you're unsure about the quality of your image, we can assist you with evaluating and preparing it for printing.
